Abstract EN

This study aimed to Investigation the effect of educational service quality at Mutah university students' satisfaction.

In order to achieve the aims of this study, a specific questionnaire was developed and circulated sample of students in Mut'ah university.

(412) usable questionnaires were retried out of the (470) circulated, with represent (80 %) response rate.

For analyzing the data, and testing the hypotheses, many statistical have been used depending on the statistics program SPSS.

Depending on that, the study reached to that: There were significant effects in every dimension of educational service quality on university students' satisfaction.

The study gives many recommendations to improve the quality level of educational services introduced to students in Mutah university.
