Abstract EN

In this paper, we aim to identify the various approaches and challenges that lead to the development of Islamic financial engineering products, and are concerned with the most important product, namely Islamic Sukuk.

We have reached the following results: - Expanding the scope of Islamic financial solutions and products that meet the needs of large sectors of investors, whether governments or companies.

- Government support, either through encouragement of laws regulating Islamic sukuk or through issuing it by central banks and contributing to its coverage (eg Sukuk Al-Salam in the Kingdom of Bahrain) as it is one of the tools for developing the capital markets in these countries.
