Based on the Field researched we have done, we have acknowledged the status of event communication in the Algeria cultural, Institution, depending in that on the Directorate of culture in the Wilaya of Constantine "Muhammad Al-Eid Al Khalifa" as a sample.

we after that, using the Sample survey, the analysis and characterization, were able to understand the importance of communication through the event that's considered a mole that the cultural establishment uses to send its idea and principles to the audience, also we have known the importance of event communication activities to achieve the strategic goals.

And perhaps, the most important thing to be pointed out in this study is the reason why some cultural institutions choose to take no heed of the status and importance of the event communication, Which negatively affects the development of institutional culture.
