Abstract EN

This research is part of the Quranic studies that deal with the rules of tarjeeh (outweighing) and its applications among Quran interpreters.

It deals specifically with one of the most famous interpreters scholars in Algeria, namely: Abderrahmane al-Tha'alibi, who relied on many rules in his outweighings through his interpretation Al Jawahir Al Hissane fi Tafsir Al Koran (The fine pearls in the exegesis of the Quran).

This article reveals some of these rules related to the Sunnah and traditions, showing his method and the rules that he used in case of Tanazu' the conflict in identifying the relation between a pronoun and its referent
