Abstract EN

This current study aimed to recognize the role of gemba kaizen concept in continual improvement for preschool leaders and determine the methods of solving administration problems at preschool according to the Japanese gemba kaizen strategy in order to set a suggested image of the continual and gradual improvement for the quality of leaders' performance at the preschool, the researcher followed the analytic–descriptive approach that based on studying the phenomenon through analysis, explanation and accurate description of it, and also extract the generalizations and conclusions.

the researcher designed a questionnaire of three basic axes; the first axis includes five dimensions as following: the first one concerned about the planning of preschool management, the second dimension focused on the work organization inside the preschool, the third dimension focused on directing the employees in preschool toward the achieving the desired goals, the fourth dimension includes the observation and pursuance that cares about duties and rights that everyone should do it to achieve the preschool goals and the fifth dimension embodies the adjustment which cares about publishing judgments through achieving goals by the administrational process.

the second axis is divided into two dimensions, the first one about the suggestions of continual improvement, the second one about applying continual improvement inside the preschool.

the results of the study showed that the importance of applying the gemba kaizen strategy of continual and gradual improvement for the quality of leaders' performance at the preschool according to these results of questionnaire and special suggestions about the continual improvement, the researcher set an image of continual and gradual improvement about the preschool 's leaders performance, and the improvement process also embodies all who work in the preschool in addition to the available resources, processes, equipments and tools.
