Abstract EN

This study aimed at detecting efficiency extent of a program for improving knowledge level of teachers (females) to the traits of students (girls) with behavioral, educational and social conduct disorders and the steps of their referral to receive supporting services.This study used the semi-empirical method to improve knowledge level among teachers through application of two tests preprogram and post-program to measure teachers knowledge to the behavioral, educational and social traits and referral methods to students with conduct disorder.

The programalsoapplied to raise level of their level to those traits.

Study sample was formed of (33) teachers in the elementary stage.

The study results according to teachers response for the pre-test revealed a low knowledge of conduct traits disorder (behavioral, educational, social and methods of referral) and statistically significant differences between the means of teachers responses in the two tests for the total mark of the knowledge level among teachers regarding the student traits of those having conduct disorder and its branch dimensions represented by traits and methods of referral in favor of teachers in the post-test.

Results also revealed absence of any statistically significant differences between the means of responses among the study subjects regarding level of knowledge to the traits as well as methods of referral of students with conduct disorder according to difference of teaching experience variable.
