The segment of persons with disabilities is among the most vulnerable segments of Iraqi society in need of psychological and social security because of the complex social, economic, and psychological challenges they face, which may make them vulnerable to discrimination.

Discrimination on the basis of disability today affects a large segment of the world's population and is one of the main problems faced by persons with disabilities or those related to disability.

It is manifested in various forms and may have disastrous effects on their lives and thus on the life of society.

Because of disability is particularly severe in the areas of education, employment, employment, marriage, family life, social, psychological, health, transportation, cultural life and access to places and public facilities.

The research aims to identify the manifestations of discrimination against persons with disabilities in the fields of education, work, family life, social life and health.
