Abstract EN

The public employee is one of the basic pillars upon which the building of the modern state is based.

He is the trustee of the nation's interests, and if he/she performs his job well and perfectly, his department will be successful and distinguished from other departments that are similar or competing with it.

However, the public employee is subject to error, deviation and negligence during performing his/ her job, which has a negative impact on the workflow and its quality, and results in impeding the interests of people or the poor quality of the work performed.

Therefore, we find that Islamic law (Sharia) has surrounded the employee with a fence of Sharia guarantees in order to maintain his/ her efficiency which he/she had at the beginning of his/ her appointment, and continue performing his/her job with the same level of quality and competence.

These guarantees include guarantees before the process of selecting an employee for a job and guarantees after the selection process.
