Clothing is considered one of the most important needs for a person as it satisfies his needs in adapting to the environment, and this need is followed by a desire for excellence, beauty, and fashion design satisfies this desire, and fashion design has multiple sources, including inspiration from the work of former fashion designers and formulating them in an innovative way.

The current research aims to monitor, analyze and reformulate the work of fashion designer Pierre Cardin, making a group of designs for the home clothes for the mother and her daughter (cable), inspired by the work of the fashion designer Pierre Cardin, and in this framework (15) pairs of designs were prepared for home clothes for the mother of the age stage From (45: 25) years old, and designs for home clothes for the daughter of (4: 10) years, the research followed the experimental descriptive approach, and the proposed designs were evaluated by consumers specializing in the field of clothing, textile and fashion design, and their number (11) specialized with girls in Target age stage.

Professional consumer reviews have been positive about the designs, indicating their acceptability and usability.

And the research group recommended to take advantage of the results of the current research in the ready-to-wear industry to introduce a new idea of (cable) home clothes.
