تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري في القطاع السياحي و كذا إبراز دور الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالتركيز على تجربة المملكة المغربية الهاشمية وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي بالاعتماد على الإحصائيات المتعلقة بالفترة الممتدة ما بين 2010 و 2017 وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري يلعب دورا استراتيجيا في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة كما لا يقتصر الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على القطاع الصناعي و التكنولوجي فقط بل يكتسي أهمية بالغة حتى في القطاع السياحي
Abstract EN
This study aims to identify the reality of investment in human capital in the tourism sector, as well as to highlight the role of investment in human capital in achieving sustainable development, focusing on the experience of the Hashemite Kingdom of Morocco.
The analytical approach was based on statistics related to the period between 2010 and 2017, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that investment in human capital plays a strategic role in achieving sustainable development.
Investment in human capital is not limited to the industrial and technological sector only, For tourists
