This study aims to know the most important natural and human challenges facing agricultural land uses in the study area, and to develop solutions by drawing a picture of future trends that highlight the role of geography as a blueprint for the study of agricultural land uses and its reflection in agricultural production in the study area.

The natural challenges include soil salinity, desertification, pests and agricultural bushes.

Human challenges include problems related to water resources, urban sprawl on agricultural lands, lack of physical resources, extension and marketing problems, price policy and low level of technology used in agricultural production and agricultural production.
