Abstract EN

1-The position of our prophet, Wahib bin al-Ward (Peace be upon him) towards the land of the Sufi (mystic people) and the planters is of great importance at the present time to repel the greed and religious currents that are trying to erase the investments and the correct economic applications which are far from the suspicions and material gains.

These material gains which are preferred by those who want to achieve worldly or mundane goals that are not accepted by mind, law and Sharia.2- The land of Suwafi is defined as: lands that have been lined up and chosen by the leader or prince or imam or caliph for himself after the conquest and liberation of the territories by force or reconciliation.

He has the right to dispose of them according to the book of Allah (Holy Quran and the Sunnah of His Prophet, Mohamed (Peace Be Upon Him).

This is done according to the enjoyment and acceptance of his people not by coercion and serving the individual and society.3-Our prophet, Wahib (Peace be upon him) did not want to eat fruits and crops of Suafi land and the lands of Iraqi, Egyptian, Makkah, Madinah, Hijaz and others.

Moreover, he did not even want to import and sell them in the market because he thought that doing this will lead him to feel embarrassed.

So he becomes weak and dead.4-The most prominent reasons that led to the adoption of that position is what was said about the land of Iraq, Egypt, Mecca and Madinah that was opened by force.

Others say that they are opened peacefully.

Therefore, it became a grant for all Muslims and inheritance.

Accordingly, there was a suspicion of its validity.

So, he tries hard to avoid the haraam by Appling the Book of Almighty Allah (Holy Quran) and the Sunnah of his Prophet (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
