Aktham bin Saifi is one of the preeminent Arab men before Islam, because of his wisdom and his mind, as he became a judge among the people who appeal to him in their deductions, and that status came from his experience gained from life for the length of his life which exceeded the two centuries, since his birth according to the most likely sayings were limited to the year 430 A.

He realized Islam at the end of his life and accepted voluntary because of what he saw from the principles of true Islam.
Aktham has provided advices and guides to contemporary people as well as to his family and the people of his tribe in particular and to the generations that have plagued him until this day.
His intellectual product, in all its sections, was one of the most advanced literary creations, and also shows the status of Arabic poetry before Islam.
