Abstract EN

Theologians payed much attention for conditions because of their great and basic impact in showing the taking place of predicaments, their premises, impact, degrees and so and so forth.

As such theologians have divided conditions into utmost priority such as ablution and the comparison condition such as facing the Qiblah for the worshippers and the deferred conditions such as ritual washing for the next night intended for the previous day fast.

The deferred conditions take place once for their being compulsory and once for being an obligations where a doubt has taken place.

Some jurists have said of the improbability identifying the religious condition as a reason condition within a process of analogy because the reason premise is impossible to be deferred to the time of this premise since anything can't exist until its complete comprehensive cause is imposed on that which has relevance to its existence because of the impossibility to have the effect without its complete cause and when the thing exists there is no need for the condition in the sense of its coming to an end.

The base for doubt as regards the deferred condition goes to the appearance of some conditions which are outwardly deferred in existence for the conditioned.

The difference in the deferred condition is due to the legal predicaments with regard to placement and obligation which is another ambiguity.
