The concept of justice is an important relationship in the legal provisions where justice is one of the conditions of assigning legitimacy to worshipers so that it is considered a condition for their health as in the face of the group, which must be identified with justice so that the worshipers have the right to pray and that Islam is the religion of justice, equality and cooperation among all members of its Islamic society, Zakat, because it contributes to cooperation and defamation among members of the Islamic community and stressed the existence of justice in those who are responsible for zakat, which is also a requirement for those who are entitled to zakat.

It is also an important condition in accepting the testimony of the person who sees the crescent of Ramadan until the fasting and the fasting of the Muslims are correct.
