تعد لغة الكتاب الموجه للطفل رافدا من الروافد الداعمة للغة الرسمية (اللغة الهدف في العملية التعليمية) و مصدرا من مصادر إثراء الرصيد اللغوي و تنمية الخبرة التداولية للغة بما يوفره من ثروة مفرداتية و أساليب تعبيرية و صياغات تخدم المواقف التواصلية.
و الملاحظ أن هذا الكتاب في واقع الطفل الجزائري يعاني ترهلا يشهد عليه العجز الكبير المسجل في مستوى الكم و النوع مما فسح المجال أمام الوافد الأجنبي لسد النقص.
و لكن هذا لم يخل من تأثيرات سلبية تمثلت بالأساس في نقل صور لبيئات لغوية غير البيئة اللغوية الجزائرية أربكت التلميذ و قللت من قيمة منتوجه اللغوي
Abstract EN
The child’s book is considered as a medium that influences the official language (the target language in the educational process).
It is a source of linguistic richness that provides vocabulary, methods of expression, and formulations that serve communicative situations.
But what we notice, in reality, is that the Algerian child book is suffering from a significant deficit recorded in terms of quantity and quality, which paved the way to foreign books to fill the shortage.
This has a lot of negative effects; mainly, the transfer of pictures of foreign linguistic environments that may confuse the child, and reduce his linguistic production.

Le livre destiné à l’enfant est considéré comme un support qui influe sur la langue officielle (la langue cible dans le processus éducatif).
Il se voit d’embmlée comme étant une source d’enrichissement de l’équilibre linguistique et du développement d’une expérience pragmatique de la langue, avec sa richesse lexicale et ses styles d’expressions qui servent à s’intégrer dans des situations de communications.
Toutefois, il a été remarqué que le livre destiné à l’enfant algérien souffre d’une carence qui témoigne de l’important déficit enregistré tant au niveau quantitatif que qualitatif.
Cela a permis de reconstituer l’environnement linguistique sans avoir des effets et impacts négatifs.
