Abstract EN

The study affirm the importance of strategic renewal in achieving the job security and stability through training and development the human resources in the Iraqi ministry of Transportation.

The theoretical problem happens basically due to the dearth of the studies and researches dealing with studying and analyzing the role and the relationship that link the variables.

While the scientific problem is from the real challenges that face the Iraqi organization which are demanded to achieve the sustainability and how to preserve it through the training operations which should be carried out continually.

This study has been carried out because of the relationships importance among the three variable in the labor organization in order to test and diagnose.

The sample of the study contained (104) person from the staff.

The study has reached serval conclusions in which the most prominent is represented by existence of the direct correlated relationship and the impact of strategic renewal.
