This study aimed to identify the Competencies needed to develop the functional performance of the teacher under the modern educational reforms in Algeria, through the analysis of some previous studies that addressed the various skills and competencies Professor Algeria, and various performance areas, in order to achieve this Researcher used descriptive analytical objective, the sample consisted of 15 scientific study, this study has been applied on recent research studies obtained during the period of 2008 – 2019, the study found that the most important competencies needed to develop the functionality of Prof In Algeria: Lesson planning competencies, lesson execution competencies, calendar competencies, personal competencies, teaching competencies, knowledge competencies, professional competencies, social competencies, technological competencies, educational competencies.
