As a result, this article aims to examine the methods of explanation of words and methodologies adopted in the Algerian school dictionary, by presenting models and extracting the vocabulary explained for each type, in three Algerian school dictionaries: "Al-Badr Juniors "," Al-Huda Dictionary "and" Student Advisor ".
