Throughout the present study we will attempt to deal with modern Arabic literary criticism studies that dealt with the novel as a literary genre in both western and Arabic literature.

This is due ts the fact that literary criticism in Known by great Arab critics who were immensely interested by this genre.

The Arab crities found himself obliged to get the different literary criticism theories about the novel to reread them and apply them to discourse in the Arabic novel, jut this article, we will go through the most important Arabic critics practices by discussing and analyzing them.
