Abstract EN

In the present article we studied an essential subject of the Art Education terms, and the role of Semiology in controlling their concepts and meanings, Particularly these terms have been interpreted and translated from the ancient Greek philosophy and they're viewed as an exotic words in the Arabic language and culture.

This research additionally revealed the problems of the semantic and ethnic references, besides the translation's problem of prefix and suffix which impact in the original concepts of these sort of terms.

Other than that, our studies was based on demonstrating the source of the Art Education terms, mainly we do not have a specific dictionary that clarifies their etymology in a detailed and persuasive way.

We concluded our work by Suggesting solutions which will be practical and helpful to get the right translation and equivalent for these sort of terms.
