This research aims to introducing the modern Arab efforts in the field of putting specialized dictionaries in general, and in the field of media in particular; through monitoring the most important works that have been developed in this multidisciplinary knowledg field, whether through scientific organizations, groups, or even individuals, in order to provide readers with the media terminology, And adjusting their concepts accurately, all this in order to examine the extent to which Arab researchers keep abreast of developments in the various media sectors; For the purpose of providing functional dictionaries to assist specialists; to learn about the developments of this field of knowledge open to several scientific fields.
