We seek through this research to evaluate one of the most important theories that studied the arabic linguistic structure in the heritage, namely: the theory of the grammatical factor.

This theory embodied the superior scientific thought of arab scholars in the field of analysis, and contributed through its strict rules - In the maintenance of the arabic tongue of the error, and despite all this has been some of the disadvantages of this theory noted by contemporary researchers, and we will try through this research to take advantage of the mistakes of arab scholars by reviewing the most important criticisms against them.
