Abstract EN

The aim of the research was to identify the concepts of human resources development strategy and creativity, and to determine the nature of the relationship between the two variables at Moustansiriyah University in Iraq, in addition to knowing the effect between them to achieve the objective of the research.

(50) questionnaire forms were retrieved (40) of which the number of valid forms is (34) form, and the use of the statistical (spss) program for the purpose of knowledge of correlation and impact in the study, The researcher arrived (The strategy of resource development), which respectively (dimensions) planning, training, and motivation each individually with the variable dependent (creativity), The research has come out with a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the presence of a strong positive correlation relationship to some extent between the independent variable in all its strategic dimensions and the dependent variable, as well as the presence of responsibility and moral influence between the two variables, and that one of the most important recommendations is to shine media lights on creative people to stimulate the Others follow the example of creative behavior and the spread of a culture that the creative efforts of teachers and staff in all university formations are of concern to senior management.
