Arabic grammar is the most important Arab science that the ancients called the Arab flag, and it was the best way to study the Islamic texts and to explore the secrets of the Arab through it, especially what is manifested in the Qur'anic text and that is what made it the ideal model that reflects the power of the Arab and its durability.

The research seeks to provide the grammatical and morphological material, and clarify the grammatical sections that are offered to the learners of non-Arabic speakers through the presentation of the program and the content presented in the intensive Language Center at the University of Tlemcen, and the research provides the concept of grammar and expression for learners, and presents the most important methods of teaching grammar in Contemporary linguistic thought, presenting the methods of evaluation followed with a typical application for teaching grammar and exchange for Arabic language learners to speakers of other, and the research has been appended to the most important findings and recommendations.

We calculate the plan that we have drawn up to answer a set of questions related to the research: -Why do Arabic learners learn to speak to other speakers about grammar and drainage? What knowledge/competencies do learners possess? -How to provide grammar and drainage for Arabic learners to speakers of other languages? -What are the ways in which Arabic learners are able to speak to other speakers in order to develop their abilities? -The most important difficulties facing learners of Arabic language for speakers of other languages?
