Abstract EN

As the 1988 October's events were a turning point in the contomporary Algerian history as a political, historical and a social stage, that cast a shadaow over radical trasformations at all levels of humanity.

It was as well a starting point to another cultural, intellectual and creative transformation, as considered to be a real break and cut with the aesthetics of the past flourishing in the dream of independence and the construction of the modern state to the ugliness of modern era, present and futuristic violence which is alerting to all what is frightening and staggering.

It was like that Algeria found itself facing and confronting a real challenge of its ugly people who shook its political and social stability and used violence, cruelty as a means to reaching goals.

All this had badly influenced the moral moving of literature and particularly the novel to lean towards the violent novel.
