The importance of entrepreneurship education has gained momentum in recent years.
Indeed, it can be observed on a global scale that there is a growing trend in a government's policy to defend the entrepreneurial spirit.
The purpose of this paper is to better understand the concept of “triple helix”, which represent the relationship between academia, industry and government in promoting and training entrepreneurship.
The propeller thesis of the concept is that these relationships can generate new institutional and social formats for the production, transfer and application of knowledge.
Hence the interest shown on this paper, to the paradigm of academic's entrepreneurship.
A review of the literature is conducted on the concepts, and the results of research carried out on the subject, are discussed.
