هدف البحث إلى معرفة أهمية الظروف الفيزيقية في المنظمة وتم تقسيمها إلى مجموعتين: العوامل الفيزيقية المتعلقة ببيئة العمل: الإضاءة الألوان و درجة الحرارة التهوية التلوث الضوضاء التحفيز المادي نوبات العمل.
العوامل الفيزيقية المتعلقة بالعامل: الصحة النظافة و حسن المظهر التغذية التعب فترات الراحة الملل

The research aimed to know the importance of natural factors in the organization, It was divided into two groups: Natural factors in the organization; Natural Factors related to the work environment; Lighting; Colors; temperature; Ventilation; pollution; the noise; Physical stimulation; Working periods.
Natural Factor-related worker; the health; Cleanliness and good looking; nutrition; Tired; Rest periods; Boredom.
