Abstract EN

The e-learning model emerged as one of the technological innovations which is considered one of the recent trends in the educational system.

This has led to a necessary adoption of the e-learning systems for educational and university institutions so that it will be able to remain in a competitive position among other institutions.

Improving its quality as a real challenge for educational institutions in the Arab world, especially Algeria, thus there is a need for unified standards to regulate the e-learning programs that are offered through many electronic systems in order to ensure quality.

The quality control and accreditation bodies have developed many national systems and rules governing the conversion of traditional, educational units into electronic teaching units that are subject to the approved quality standards such as “Skorm System”, for electronic learning material.

However, there are risks associated with the application of the e-learning system, which are the risks associated with e-learning specialists, and risks associated with students.

Thus the success of the learning system and the effectiveness of the Formative process is based on the development of a carefully studied strategy and effective design of e-learning content together according to the Globally Agreed Quality Standards.
