In view of the developments taking place at the socioeconomic level in Algeria as a result of the current situation, the issue of organizing financial matters between the two spouses has come up sharply, with the aim of giving legal protection to the funds of both parties in the marital relationship, which would enhance family stability after each of them reassured their money and his property, which will contribute effectively to making more efforts for the development of family funds and thus improving their standard of living.

in this context, the Algerian legislator mentioned the text of article 37 of the family law.
