Abstract EN

The objective of this study determine the long-term relationship between the agricultural sector and economic growth.

for the purpose of analysis, annual data were used for a time series for the period 1990-2018, the multiple regression models was estimated (ARDL).

the study concluded from the results obtained from the (bound test) that the speed of adjustment from short to long term reached as it reached 36,83% annually.

the long-term equation within the ARDL approach showed that both agricultural value added and agricultural area had a positive and significant effect GDP per capita.

while that the long term, food exports, livestock and agricultural production have a negative impact on GDP per capita in the long run, this is not compatible with economic theory.

L'objectif de cette étude détermine la relation à long terme entre le secteur agricole et la croissance économique.

aux fins de l'analyse les données annuelles ont été utilisées pour une série chronologique pour la période 1990-2018, estimés modèle de décalage distribué autorégressif (ARDL).

l'étude a montré que la valeur ajoutée agricole et la superficie agricole avaient un effet positif et significatif sur le PIB par habitant.

alors que le long terme, les exportations alimentaires, l'élevage et la production agricole ont un impact négatif sur le PIB par habitant à long terme, ce n'est pas compatible avec la théorie économique.
