عملت لجنة بازل للرقابة البنكية على تحديث مبادئ الحوكمة، بما يتناسب مع التطورات البنكية في عصر العولمة وتطور تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال.
ورغم توفر البنوك العمومية الجزائرية على مقومات نجاح الحوكمة ورغم المجهودات المبذولة من قبل الدولة في هذا السياق، إلا أنها لازالت تواجه حاليا تحديات كبرى تجعلها في قلب التغيير وهي بذلك مجبرة على العمل بجدية للتوصل إلى آليات الحوكمة المناسبة وتطبيقها على النهج السليم لزيادة كفاءتها وترقية عملها.
Abstract EN
The Basel committee has worked to updated the principles of governance according to banking developments in the era of globalization and also the expansion of information and communication technologies.
never less the Algerian public banks still currently facing major challenges that put them at the heart of change, and they are forced to work hard to find appropriate governance mechanisms and apply them to the right approach to increase their efficiency and upgrade their work.

Le comité de Bâle s’est engagé à actualiser les principes de gouvernance en fonction des évolutions bancaires à l’ère de la mondialisation et du développement des technologies de l’information et de la communication.
cependant, malgré la disponibilité des facteurs de réussite de la gouvernance dans les banques publiques Algériennes, et les efforts consentis par l’etat dans ce contexte, elles se trouvent aujourd’hui confrontées à des défis majeurs qui les placent au cœur du changement, et les obligent de travailler dur pour trouver les mécanismes de gouvernance appropriés et les appliquer à la bonne approche pour accroitre leur efficacité et améliorer leur travail.
