Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the impact of leadership practices by defining the strategic direction in the Qatari hospitals a private medical centers in the northern region, which numbered 8, as it dealt with leadership practices through the sub-dimensions of (human capital, strategic decision making, and organizational culture), as for the strategic orientation, its dimensions are represented in (creative orientation and proactive orientation), and in order to achieve the objectives of this study and based on the descriptive and analytical approach, a special questionnaire was developed and it was distributed to a sample consisting of 141 respondents.

as for the statistical analysis of this data, the study relied on the statistical package for social sciences program (SPSS).

Cette étude visait à connaître l'impact des pratiques de leadership en définissant l'orientation stratégique dans les 8 hôpitaux privés et centres médicaux qatariens de la région nord, qui sont les huit, car elle traitait des pratiques de leadership à travers les sous-dimensions de (capital humain, prise de décision stratégique et culture organisationnelle).

la dimension stratégique est représentée dans (orientation créative et approche proactive), et afin d'atteindre les objectifs de cette étude et basée sur l'approche analytique descriptive, un questionnaire spécial a été développé et il a été distribué à un échantillon de 141 répondants.

quant à l'analyse statistique de ces données, l'étude s'est appuyée sur le programme statistical package for social sciences (SPSS).
