This study aimed to identify the level of application of strategic management of intellectual capital and its impact on achieving a sustainable competitive advantage at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (BADR) in Skikda.
A comprehensive survey method was used for the study population which reached (154) employees.
The study reached a high degree of approval for the strategic management of the intellectual capital, and a moderate degree of approval for the contribution of intellectual capital to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.
