و الصفقات العمومية الإلكترونية هي تجسيد للإدارة الالكترونية تقوم على ضرورة وجود بوابة الكترونية لتبادل المعلومات بالطريقة الإلكترونية من خلال الدعوة للمنافسة و الرد على الدعوة للمنافسة و إرسال الترشيحات و العروض بالطريقة الإلكترونية و اللجوء إلى المزاد العلني العكسي
Abstract EN
Electronic management is a paperless administration and a new mechanism to modernize public administration to reach high-end principles, the most important of which is transparency in management.
Publics -transactions are the embodiment of electronic management.
