This study aimed to identify the role of intellectual capital in supporting the organizational innovation of the economic institution by studying the case of KAHRAKIB Foundation (Sonelgaz Complex Branch(.

Our research was based on a simple random sample of 102 individuals working in the institution from different social and professional groups, the equivalent of 11% of the study population of 920 workers.

We used the descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire, which included 56 paragraphs for the dimensions of intellectual capital and organizational innovation, for collecting data for tabulation and analysis through the program SPSS V 23, in order to draw conclusions.

the most important of these results, is that the management of the institution does not give much importance to the development of intellectual capital, which reflected negatively and significantly affected the creativity of human resources working in it.
