Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the contribution of the foreign partnership to the qualification of Algerian economic institutions, using statistics and diagrams.

The analysis of the functions of the compound during the period 2012-2016 revealed the contribution of the foreign partnership to the rehabilitation of the Algerian economic institution.

The study concluded that the foreign partnership contributed to the rehabilitation of the industrial complex "Saidal", where the latter witnessed an increase in the number of works in addition to the diversity and increase of production.

The foreign partnership also contributed to the rehabilitation of its human resources through the modern means used in the training process, Production and distribution networks, and there has been a diversity of partnership contracts adopted by the Saidal complex
