هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في خصائص و محددات العمالة غير الرسمية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2011- 2013 و لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام نموذج انحدار لوجيستي متعدد.
أشارت الدراسة في جانبها الوصفي إلى وجود ارتفاع طفيف في العمالة غير الرسمية خارج القطاع الزراعي إذ انتقل من 41.
3% عام 2011 إلى 41.
7% عام 2013.
وقد وجد أيضا أن فئة الشباب و الرجال و العازبين و الأقل تعليما و العاملون في المؤسسات ذات الحجم الصغير وفي البناء و التجارة و العاملون المستقلون هم الأكثر تواجدا في حالة عمالة غير رسمية.
أكدت نتائج الدراسة في جانبها القياسي ما تم التوصل اليه في الجانب النظري والوصفي إذ أن فئة الشباب الرجال الأقل تعليما العازبين المؤسسات الصغيرة الحجم العاملون لحسابهم الخاص و العاملون في البناء و التجارة هم الأكثر احتمالا للتواجد في حالة توظيف غير رسمي.

XNNThis study aimed to investigate the characteristics and determinants of informal employment in algeria during the period 2011- 2013.
To achieve this, a multi regression model was used.
The study indicated that there was a slight increase in informal employment outside the agricultural sector, from 41.
3% in 2011 to 41.
7% in 2013.
It was found that the youth, mens, singles, least educated, small enterprises, independent workers are most likely to be in the case of informal employment.
The results of the study confirmed in their pratical aspect what was reached in the theoretical aspect.
The youth, mens, the least educated, the singles, small enterprises, the self- employed, the construction and the trade are the most likely to be in the case of informal employment.
