Abstract EN

This article is an attempt to clarify the aspecte of family provision from a jurisprudential and legal point of view.

It concerns pre-marital medical examination before mariage.

The first is a conceptual introdaction, This is through a statement of the consept of premarital medical examination before mariage and its relate terms and its imprtante.

To the position of islamic jurisprudence from medical examination before mariage by mentionning the opinions of jurists on the issue and various evidence that they cited and then weighting in the mater.

And touched on the latter to the posision of algerian law of medical examination before mariage a statement of various stages passed by algerian law.

The study concluded that the overall goal of prenuptial medical examination is to achieve a happy married life healthy children and thus a healthy society.
