Regional communities' own resources are the most important sources of local finance and they are the main drivers of sustainable local finance and local development because of their great importance in achieving development whether at the local or national level, as one of the most important funding sources for the finances of regional groups, this is where we will try to shed light on the most important resources of regional groups and their effectiveness in local financing and sustainable local development, through an applied study in the municipality of Tazoult, Batna province for the years )2015-2018( highlighting the relationship of local financial resources with local finance and local development projects.

The study found a direct correlation between the contribution rate of the local sustainable development projects of the municipality and the contribution rate of the local collection, the revenues of these resources for the municipality of Tazoult are very low because most of those subject to these fees are not paid in the ence of collection agents at the treasury level.
