The crime of bribery in public procurement is considered one of the most pervasive corruption crimes in the adminstrative sector, which have become a threat to the national economy as it touches on the general principal of concluding and excuting the deal, especially in the ence of oversight, which has led to the imperative of transition and transformation from traditional administration to electronic administration, and what it carries the lettre has positive effects in eliminating administrative corruption and given the ence of time and space frameworks into administrative dealing through remote contracting, and them ensuring the transparensy of the deal especially since of the contract between the administration and the contacting custumer is done through an electronic broker away from the public employee, which reduces and eliminates the crimes of bribery that overshadowed the traditional contract
