Besides, the issuance of electronic awards by the arbitral tribunal is considered a fundamental objective when the parties to a dispute resort to electronic arbitration.

However, if electronic arbitration award is rendered, it may not imply the end of all problems of arbitration.

This is mainly due to problems that may arise while serving the sentence, especially when the electronic arbitration award issued by the arbitrator or the arbitral tribunal is made by electronic means, either in writing or signature.

Furthermore, electronic arbitration may require relevant laws necessary to regulate it, and that is lacking in the legislation of the majority of the world's nations
