Arabic Abstract

أصبحت الحوادث المرورية تمثل و بشكل كبير هاجس و قلقا لكافة أفراد المجتمع و أصبحت واحدة من أهم المشكلات التي تستنزف الموارد المادية و الطاقات البشرية و تستهدف المجتمعات في أهم مقومات الحياة و الذي هو العنصر البشري إضافة إلى ما تكبده من مشاكل اجتماعية و نفسية و خسائر مادية ضخمة مما أصبح لزاما العمل على إيجاد الحلول و الاقتراحات ووضعها موضع التنفيذ للحد من هذه الحوادث أو على اقل تقدير معالجة أسبابها و التخفيف من أثارها السلبية

English Abstract

Traffic accidents have become a major concern and concern for all members of society.

It has become one of the most important problems that drain material resources and human resources and target societies in the most important elements of life which is the human element in addition to the social and psychological problems and material losses.

To find solutions and proposals and put them into practice to reduce these incidents and mitigate their negative effects.
