legislations seek to regulate the relationship between the consumer of goods and services and those providing them (professionals or suppliers), and strive to supervise that relationship in order to achieve an economic balance between both parties by protecting the consumer's rights and compensating him for the incurred damages, since he is considered to be the weak party in this contract.

Compared to Western countries, the Arab countries were late to regulate the consumer contract, although it has to be noted that the Algerian legislator was a pioneer in this regard.

Our study will focus on the regulation of the consumer contract in the Algerian, UAE and French legislation.
