The concept of TQM is one of the most important concepts that has captured the great interest of practicing managers and academic researchers as one of the prevailing and desirable management styles in the current period with business organizations.

It was described as the third revolutionary wave after the Industrial Revolution and the information revolution.

The concept of TQM is a modern management philosophy based on a number of modern management concepts, which are based on the combination of basic administrative means, innovative efforts and specialized technical skills to improve the performance, improvement and continuous development of contemporary organizations.

Based on the above, this paper seeks to reveal the adoption of the concept of total quality through human resources management practices in contemporary business organizations.
