The issue of women's empowerment has become a settled issue at the continental and international levels.

Taking into account the reported challenges faced by women, and for this reason, government and local initiatives seek to find ways to empower women so that they can become positive agents of change.

From this standpoint, this research paper aims to present and evaluate the efforts of the Algerian state in the social, economic and political empowerment of women, as Algeria has worked, in the light of exercising all of its powers and capabilities, to make women an indispensable partner in the development process as a whole, as the current research indicated that the efforts made It has achieved many benefits for women, including improving well-being, enhancing self-efficacy, self-efficacy, and economic gains.

It sought to raise discrimination against it in remuneration and even in economic opportunities, and it supported that by changing legislation and laws, allowing women to have access to decision-making positions.
