Abstract EN
This paper tackles a broad topic by endeavouring to analyse the Algerian solvency regime, The maintenance of the solvency state of any insurance company requiers it to have the ability to honour its obligations to policyholders and beneficiaries of the contracts.
The importance of our research is underlined by the fact that this subject is highly relevant in regard to insurance companies who have been subject to increased market demands in a business environment.
In our study, we will focus on the insurance Algerian prudential regime, by analising the solvency margin index during the study period (2007-2017).
