The focal point in determining the pillars of this research paper is based on a set of main determinants, we start first by defining the goals of physical education and sports in the primary education stage, and we separate among that the elements that contribute to achieve the comprehensive profile of the primary school child, and thus we touched the various objectives of physical education, their characteristics, and their importance.

if we are able to determine this, we must show the extent of the school administration’s role in activating them, and in the process of monitoring and discipline in their implementation, and then identifying the most important difficulties they face in order to arrive afterwards at how to rehabilitate this sensitive subject and to give it priority, because its many benefits for the pupils.
