In recent years, Algeria has experienced an accelerating movement in the field of cybercrime, especially in light of the widespread use of the internet and weak monitoring and periodic follow-up to its use.

And in order to confront cybercrime, the Algerian legislator has created procedural mechanisms that are commensurate with the nature of these crimes, due to the inability of traditional procedures to confront this relatively newtype of crime, which is characterized by continuous development.
