This research includes a study and scientific investigation of the book (alfusul albadiet fi 'usul alshshariea), For Sheikh Mahmoud Omar bin Ahmed bin Omar bin Omar Bagouri 1323h.

The researcher wanted to introduce this book, and to study and achieve it, in order to spread the heritage of jurisprudence, as well as to encourage universities and students to take care of the achievement of manuscripts and the service of heritage in their letters.

The research included an introduction, two topics, and a conclusion.

The research also produced useful results and important recommendations related to the subject.
